Enrolments are now open. Please read the below before starting your enrolment form:
We have made our enrolment process as simple as we can, but before you enrol you will need the following:
Photo or scan of your Photo ID
Photo or scan of your Child’s birth certificate
Your Centrelink CRN and your child’s Centrelink CRN if you plan to claim fee assistance
Details of your child’s health - including developmental stage and requirements
Parent or legal guardian details including emergency contact details
Child’s up-to-date immunisation history statement from Medicare - if you are unsure how to do this, click here
Any action plan for asthma or anaphylaxis
Any family court orders
Any details submitted on the form will remain confidential. if you need to make any changes once submitted, please update any details in writing via our contact page
Submitting an enrolment form does NOT guarantee that your child will be accepted.
Fee Assistance
If you are not already approved for Child Care Subsidy (CCS), apply at Centrelink Online to reduce your fees. Please note FULL FEES will apply until you have completed the CCS process which includes:
Your CCS approval by Centrelink (this can take up to 4 weeks)
CCS agreement approval in our parent app
CCS enrolment confirmation with Centrelink Online
